Well, the RTO Lease Options program is completely different. Most rent-to-own services try to get you into their listed properties (from owners who have often had difficulty selling their homes). Those homes are stuck where they are, in the neighborhoods they were built in, and you either have to get lucky and find that perfect diamond in the rough, or, like most, you will need to lower your expectations for the home you would want to have. It’s sort of a “beggars can’t be choosers” world.

Unlike any other service, with RTO, you call the shots. We give you the ability to find a property that you would purchase now, if you could. On top of that, you tell us how much you want to offer for that home. If all the numbers work, we will make an offer at your specified price. Don’t have a specific home in mind? Give us the basic parameters, we’ll setup a search for you, and provide you several homes to look at. Again, you choose the offer, we make it, and if the offer’s accepted, we setup a lease option for you.
